Franchise Funding Group Featured in Entrepreneur Magazine

Franchise Funding Group (FFG) was created with the mission of helping motivated entrepreneurs expand their successful small businesses into national franchise systems. FFG would be a Shark Tank for Franchising, serving as investors and strategic partners for those wishing to scale nationally through a franchise business model. Founders Gary Green and Dan Murphy have been fortunate to experience long-term success and fulfillment with their multitude of franchise brands (Fresh Coat, Caring Transitions, TruBlue House Care, Growth Coach, and recently sold Home Helpers) spanning 16 countries. With FFG, we wanted to give back and help others achieve similar results.

Now that Franchise Funding Group’s first investment – Pet Wants – nears the 50-unit franchise mark in less than 10 months of offering franchises, we’re looking for our next opportunity! We aren’t sure who we’ll be funding next – we’re still reviewing hundreds of applications – but we are focused on care-based businesses. We generally prefer home-based, mobile, or small-store concepts that are more affordable to the franchise buyers. In particular, we like concepts in service sectors that help take care of seniors, children, pets, small businesses, homes, automobiles, and personal health and well-being. Why are we interested in these service sectors? These essential services are always in demand in good times and bad and require “feet on the street” to properly offer the personal care, attention, and/or upkeep required to millions of customers in all parts of the U.S. and beyond.
