Our Commitment

Franchise Funding Group, LLC (“Franchise Funding Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website, franchisefundinggroup.com (the “Site”), so that it can be used by the widest possible audience, including visitors who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation.

Standards We Follow

We aim for our Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities, and how to make web content more usable for older individuals with changing abilities due to aging. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target accessibility standard.  WCAG is an internationally recognized accessibility standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). 

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define levels of conformance as: not conformant, partially conformant, or fully conformant. This Site is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2, Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and correct these issues; see Known Limitations below for the areas we are currently addressing.

Measures We Have Taken to Support Accessibility

Franchise Funding Group takes the following measures to help ensure accessibility of our Site:

• Include accessibility considerations as part of our site design, development, and content review process.

• Provide an accessibility tool with additional display and navigation preferences as a supplemental aid to the Site's underlying accessibility features. 

• Define a clear, consistent heading structure and content order so the page can be navigated logically with assistive technology.

• Set the language of the Site so screen readers use correct pronunciation.

• Provide appropriate text alternatives for meaningful images, and label purely decorative images so they are skipped by screen readers.

• Design interactive elements such as menus, forms, and buttons to be operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.

• Label form fields (such as those on our Contact and Request Funding pages) so visitors using assistive technology know what information is being requested.

• Provide a way to pause, stop, or mute any automatically playing audio or video content.

• We use automated accessibility scanning tools and manual review as part of our ongoing efforts to identify and address accessibility issues.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed here.

• Some images may not yet have complete, descriptive text alternatives. We are reviewing all images on the Site to ensure each has an appropriate description or is correctly marked as decorative.

• Some third-party content or tools integrated into the Site (for example, our cookie consent banner or social media links) are provided by outside vendors and may not fully conform to our accessibility standards; we are working with vendors, and where possible, adjusting our own configuration of their tools, to improve accessibility.
