Who We Are
The Franchise Funding Group is led by our Advisory Board, a select group of franchise developers, executives and investors with a track record, over nearly four decades, second to none. Collectively, our Advisory Board Members have successfully developed, launched and led dozens of businesses, including eight national franchise systems with three of them being in senior care, three in home services, one in the pet care industry, and one in business services.
These franchise-industry veterans have led in such capacities as Chairman, CEO, President, Founder, Vice President of Operations, etc. More relevant, our Board Members have collectively launched eight national franchise systems, have overseen five successful exits, and are currently affiliated with three remaining national franchise brands...in senior care, pet care, and home services.
In addition, the Franchise Funding Group and its affiliates currently have access to more than 55 employees at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio – all dedicated to franchise development, support, and on-going success in such areas as: franchise marketing, franchise sales, training, legal, finance, operations, coaching, innovation, and support.

What We Do
We are investors and strategic partners….think Shark Tank of Franchising. Our Advisory Board, along with their staff, has an incredible track record of success as franchise developers, operators and investors. They have developed a proven and proprietary process to launch, support and grow franchise systems and have done so eight times and counting.
No Upfront Fees
We are NOT expensive consultants. We have real "skin in the game" — you don't pay us upfront. Through a highly selective, year-round process, we invest in one or two promising companies each year.
Our Investment
If selected, we invest in you and your business with our services, expertise, training, personnel, marketing, mentoring, and capital — to launch your franchise system or put your existing system on a path of hyper-growth.
How We're Compensated
We earn a 10% advisory fee on new revenue generated, plus an equity stake of 25%–51% or more depending on our investment and risk. In most cases, you keep 100% ownership of your original locations.
You Stay in Control
You remain the franchisor — you run the business and make the decisions while we provide strategic guidance. Think of us as your GPS for franchise expansion: we map the path, you drive it.
Your Investment
As your investors and strategic partners, we share only in the future success of the new or existing franchise system and earn a 10% advisory fee on total revenue generated (franchise fees and royalties) to cover our initial capital investments, proven processes and methods, and on-going strategic guidance and advice.
