We also work with emerging franchise systems (1 to 50 units) that simply need additional marketing firepower, franchise development expertise and funding to achieve breakthrough growth and success.
We are NOT franchise development consultants. We have real “skin in the game” and our success is tied directly to your success. Unlike consultants, you don’t pay us -- we invest in you, your business and its future with our services, expertise, training, systems, and capital. The equity stake we earn...25% to 51% or more... depends on the level of investment we make and the risks we assume as we help you launch your new franchise system OR put your existing franchise system on a path of hyper-growth.

The Franchise Funding Group is led by our Advisory Board, a select group of franchise developers, executives and investors with a track record over three decades second to none. Collectively, our Advisory Board Members have successfully developed, launched and led dozens of businesses, including several franchise systems recognized as number 1 in their industry and producing thousands of franchises in over 16 countries.
These franchise-industry veterans have led in such capacities as Chairman, CEO, President, Founder, Director of Operations, VP of Franchise Development, General Counsel, etc. More relevant, our Board Members have collectively launched eight national franchise systems, have overseen three successful exits, and are currently affiliated with five national franchise brands...in senior care, pet care, home services, and coaching.
In addition, the Franchise Funding Group and its affiliates currently have access to more than 75 employees at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio – all dedicated to franchise development, support, and on-going success in such areas as: franchise marketing, franchise sales, training, legal, finance, operations, innovation and support.

WHAT WE DO
We are investors and strategic partners….think Shark Tank of Franchising. Our Advisory Board, along with their staff, has an incredible track record of success as franchise developers, operators and investors. They have developed a proven and proprietary process to launch, support and grow franchise systems and have done so time and time again.
Again, we are NOT expensive franchise development consultants. We have real “skin in the game” and our success is tied directly to your success. Unlike consultants, you don’t pay us upfront – instead, we invest in you, your business and its future. We use a year-round, highly selective application process to choose a few promising companies each year to work with. If selected, we will invest in you and your business with our services, expertise, training, marketing, mentoring and capital to help launch your franchise system OR put your existing franchise system on a path of hyper-growth.
In exchange, we earn a 10% advisory fee on total revenue generated (franchise fees and royalties) and an equity stake, between 25% to 51% or more, depending on the risks we assume and our investment of time, expertise, and capital. In cases where we are minority shareholders, you will remain in control of your existing business as well as the new franchise system we will help you create or expand. You will be the franchisor. You will run the business and make the decisions; we provide strategic guidance and advice along the way.
Think of us as a GPS for your franchise expansion. We’ll help you map out the best, most direct and affordable way for you to get to your franchising destination. We train you and your team on the right capabilities, provide you with clarity of direction, and give you the path and the confidence to get there. We'll get you started, but you'll have to provide the ongoing franchise development effort, team and investments...lead generation, franchise sales personnel, etc.
YOUR INVESTMENT
We are your investors and strategic partners...NOT high-priced consultants or advisers. We have substantial “skin in the game” and our success is tied directly to yours. There are no upfront fees for you to pay. In fact, we will invest our time, expertise, services, training, proprietary systems, marketing, strategic guidance and capital to help launch your franchise system OR put your existing franchise system on a path of hyper-growth. In return, depending on the level of investment and risks we assume, we earn an equity stake from 25% to 51% or more, in the new or existing franchising entity. As your investors and strategic partners, we share only in the future success of the new or existing franchise system and earn a 10% advisory fee on total revenue generated (franchise fees and royalties) to cover our participation costs and begin to recoup our initial upfront investment in your company.
